Following consultation of the websites listed above, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals may be processed.
The personal data indicated on this page are processed by CAPOREM in the performance of its tasks of business interest, including promoting awareness and understanding among users regarding risks, rules, safeguards, and rights related to processing, as well as promoting awareness among controllers and processors regarding the obligations imposed on them by the Regulation (Art. 57, para. 1, letters b) and d) of the Regulation).
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the response status from the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
- Obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographic areas of origin, etc.);
- Monitoring the correct functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data are not retained for more than seven days (unless needed for criminal investigation by Judicial Authorities).

No cookies are used for user profiling. The only processing performed involves the generation of statistics using pseudonymized data.

CAPOREM processes the personal data provided by users through its social media pages, within its business purposes, solely to manage interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.), in compliance with applicable regulations.
DATA RECIPIENTS
The recipients of the data collected as a result of the use of some of the services listed above include the following entities designated by the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors:
- DAVISION SRL, as provider of development, delivery, and operational management services of the technology platforms of the websites accessible at www.borgodorlando.it;
- DAVISION SRL, in relation to the management of CAPOREM’s social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
The personal data collected are also processed by CAPOREM personnel, who act based on specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of the processing.
DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain from CAPOREM, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data, or the restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation), by contacting the Data Protection Officer at CAPOREM.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
