Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The recipients of the data collected as a result of the use of some of the services listed above include the following entities designated by the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors:

• DAVISION SRL, as provider of development, delivery, and operational management services of the technology platforms of the websites accessible at www.borgodorlando.it;
• DAVISION SRL, in relation to the management of CAPOREM’s social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
